CONVERSION SERVICES

When you are ready to change over to an Easi-File system, we come and do all the tricky stuff so you can concentrate on your business. Most clients prefer a gradual step-by-step conversion to the system.

Our services include:

Prelabelling - You provide us with a list of files, and we'll custom design your folders for you. We'll type and print your name labels, and stick all the coloured labels on. We'll also stick the clips on the files, if you wish.

Shelving - We can construct and install your preferred shelving system (select from a range of brand names). We then place the newly converted folders and 'toast racks' in position and arrange the shelving to suit your working style.

FOLLOW-UP TRAINING

We can train your office workers to work with, and develop, your custom filing system so you can run your business at optimum efficiency.

We remain on-call to help you settle in and smooth out any difficulties.
